Image Texture Browser

The Image Texture Browser is an application I made for the Interspace team which is a part of the Community Architectures for Networked Information Systems (CANIS) research laboratory.

It is a program which allows the user to interactively browse through a number of images by specifying certain "texture samples." The program searches through a pre-computed image thesaurus to find images that contain textures which are related to the specified samples.

Development of this program has ceased as of early 1998. You can however see my original program design proposal, and some preliminary results.
